
Make New Connection under Dial-Up Networking - Windows XP
1. Click on the Start button, from that menu choose Connect to then choose Show all connections. That opens the Network Connections window:

2. Then click Create a new connection. That brings up the New Connection Wizard

Click Next
3. Click the button next to Connect to the Internet

Click Next
4. Click the button next to Set up my connection manually

Click Next
5. Click the button next to Connect using a dial-up modem

Click Next
6. In the ISP Name box, type PrimeLink

Click Next
7. Put in the correct Local Access Number, otherwise use a number from our Local Access Numbers List
Click Next
8. From your PrimeLink, enter the Username (your email address) in the Username box.
Then enter the Password in both the Password and Confirm password boxes.
9. Make sure that the Turn on Internet Connection Firewall for this connection is unchecked
Check the boxes at the bottom of the screen.

Click Next
10. You're almost Done!
Click on the box next to Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop

Click Finish
Then, Add our Server Information to your Dial Up Connection
1. If the last step doesn't bring up the Connect PrimeLink window, click on the PrimeLink DialUp connection in the Network Connections window.
Click on the Properties button

Finally, You're Done! Connect to the Internet

You will now see a short cut to PrimeLink on the desktop - double click on the shortcut and select connect.
Once you have established a connection double-click on Internet Explorer and start surfing.
