
DSL Setup for Windows XP and Windows 2000
A network card must be installed and operating correctly before configuring IP addresses.
From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.

2. Click the Network and Internet Connections icon.

Click the Network Connections icon.

4. Right-click on the Local Area Connection icon and choose Properties from the pop-up Menu.

5. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the This connection uses the following items list.
Click the Properties button.
Click the Close button.

7. Select both “Obtain IP Address automatically” and “Obtain DNS server address automatically".
8. If you have been given an IP Address please specify then in the boxes below

9- Close all windows. You have now configured Windows XP for high-speed internet.
